The Somerset Police have "numerous" reports, complaints and filings from "many individuals" regarding:
Thomas Kielasinski of , Somerset, PA 15501/H:814-445-2074/C:814-xxx-xxxx/email(((REDACTED))) He is 6'1 I height, blue eyes and black hair.
If You are a VICTIM of Mr. Kielbasinki contact “Officer Evans” of the Somerset Police Department at 814-445-4596 to file a report.
In addition, contact the Honorable Kenneth Johnson 814-445-1535 to file charges against Thomas Kielasinski. Even if it is for a SMALL AMOUNT OF MONEY!!!!
In addition, contact Office of the District Attorney/Somerset County at 814-4451458 They also have begun a file on Kielbasinski.
Even if he has ripped you off for $100. report him and file charges. Thomas Kielbasinki is a internet predator who STEALS from HONEST PEOPLE through several scams. Including: Tutor Services, Book Publishing and Kielbasinksi Tutoring and Editing Services.
Kielbasinkis pattern is always the same:
1/He lures in victims for small amounts of money in exchange for services via answering internet or Craigslist ads!
2/He gets payments up front and then does not deliver and his supposed “professional” services!
3/He then will “DENY” any wrong doing and then threaten to sue you with his lawyer.
Google his name and NUMEROUS rip off reports are posted on line about him from a variety of individuals who seem to be solid citizens. Each time Mr. K. will then attempt to “cover his theft and stealing” by slandering and discrediting and threatening to sue those who he has stolen money from . I have included a series of comments about him that were posted on a Tutor website. It seems that along with ripping people off via Fake Tutor Services.

The terms and conditions are free to be read in tutoring profile before doing business, so don’t think as I’m ripping you off. You had an appointment at 5p.m. you didn’t showup until well afterwards. So, no refund can be given. So, stop your lying.

When you pay him through pay-pal, he takes your money and leaves you with nothing. homas Kielbasinski of Somerset, PA has been a tutor at TutorZ.com. He was very active on our site, receive many tutoring leads and in frequent contact with customer service. To recognize his strong participation our marketing director Dariya posted the following article about him: http://www.tutorz.com/blog/2012/10/tutorz-lands-you-big-potential-clients/
This page was later used independently by 6 of our students to complain about Mr. Kielbasinskie's incompetent and fraudulent actions. TutorZ received many complaints about Mr. Kielbasinskie. These complaints included a high-level description of the mysql database when the task was to write mysql code. We had students crying on the phone about insulted and loosing $100 due to Mr. Kielbasinksie not-refund policy. Many complains involved the situation when Mr. Kielbasinskie asked student to pay upfront and then did not show up at the meeting. There was even one call from the police on behalf of a student who filed a police report.
To avoid further mistreated student we decided to disassociate us from Mr. Kielbasinskie and keep the 6 student complaints about him on http://www.tutorz.com/blog/2012/10/tutorz-lands-you-big-potential-clients/. This prompted Mr. Kielbasinskie to go on a quest to discredit TutorZ in general and me in person. He hired a collection agency, wrote fake lawyer letters, threatened me and my employees in emails and phone calls. And now this report on Ripoffreport. I guess if he was busy with many

I did investigation on who this was and got complaint this morning. Mr. Tantlinger was a person who requested my services to edit his book. This person sent me unprofessional e-mails and will get sued for this posting because I have e-mails to prove my services were completed period. It takes a real horses a*s to report crap like $300 because they were not fully satsified and then say they were struggling. You shouldn't have made the d**n payment moron. I talked to the officer Evans today and apparently there was someone that wanted to file a complaint on a civil matter, but police do not handle civil matters period. Take me to court for $100 or whatever you feel is necessary if you can't read. Then, the attorney's name Mr. Marc Valentine didn't do this but is under investigation for lying about certain things on VA representation. Lets just get that cleared up!

The lawyer that write this on here because I told the truth about his issues will be sued for VA amount of $850,000 and $15,000 to take this report off because it is false. When you practice in law and get paid 350/hr by clients falsely representing and making up bs stories to clients to get them to boost up suing amount period. This is illegal. My amount will be entered in for $865,000 and will drain your account down to zero how about that!!! I will be contacting the DA's office, Disciplinary board, bbb and attorney general as well!!

Ripoff Report has a job to do but the person responsible for posting slander on social media sites will suffer the consequences big time. They will check your assets, property and everything. I will make sure to get thousands if not millions of dollars from these false activities. You have a right to say what you want to say, but ruining someone's reputation is completely wrong and uncalled for. The person from Castforce has the complete wrong idea about who I am and doesn't know me from a hole in the ground. Sounds like the same person bragging to Forums for years about Castforce, sleazy internet biz, being so great . And negating everybodys' claims Castforce doesn't pay properly. Subsequently, the same person is ranting that Cast force is nasty and a rip off.
Recently, nothing new is posted. By discovering the folllowing thread, the same person is apparently busy writing about online tutoring adventures. Some of the context of the following thread is humorous, poorly written and some of the testimonials are made up based upon being poorly written and everybody in their testimonials claiming the following person is personable and respectable. A lot of people write to me the following thread is a funny back and forth but unbelievable thread about some online tutor fraudster that sounds like the same person writing to Forums about being ripped off by Castforce the previous January.

WE are definitely going to find out the truth here because I believe what has happened here is a real shame for anyone who doesn't like to take constructive criticism is a big issue.So, any one can make a complaint on here or allegation pretty much. My attorney who I recently fired has probably made it a personal goal of his to make me think I am supposed to be scared because I can't make money from my home or live in the borough of Somerset, which is not a fact at all! I have rights and strengths to policies in which I hold to the highest period.
The complaints if there are any are all considered civil matters, so I think this is a waste of peoples time personally because if you gonna fight over less than $100 when the policy is involved in no one will waste their right mind because it will cost you more. Then learn how nonrefundable means nonrefundable. Someone is just pissed at me for taking there money for a service in which they are not satisfied with and they know the risk period! So, go ahead and waste your time because the police will tell you what I'm telling you here. Good bye and have a good joke else where!!!
