Thomas Lancia Esq. New York NY is the perfect clich example of sleazy unethical attorneys. He fashions himself as a lawyer for the small business avocation, and convinces you that he is charging less than larger firms and will bring over 20 years of litigation experience to your matter.
The reality is Thomas Lancia is an overbilling, hour padding lazy thief. Not only did he pad the hours excessively when I asked for a copy of the hour register he refused and was enraged that I would ask such a question. After months of paying Thomas Lancia more than double than required, the matter where I was the Plaintiff went no place, The defense attorneys had Thomas Lancia shaking in meetings and Thomas Lancia was clearly in over his head.
In the end, when Thomas Lancia bankrupted me with his excessive billing, he recused himself from the case and forced me to litigate pro se after all the damage Mr. Lancia created. Do NOT go near this attorney STAY AWAY he will destroy your case, business & life while he slides away like the snake he is.
