Thomas Shepherd CEO, Owner/Operator of Megamarketing (I see now the megamarketing website is up for sale!)

My fiance used his State disability check (a one time allotted amount) to purchase a web based business from T.Shepard, with the full intention AND written promise from Shepherd, that if my fiance decided not to go through with this deal, he, my fiance, could have his money back! Full Refund! $8,000 and 3 years later, no money, and no Thomas Shepard.

Found out in the interim that T.Shepard ripped off many consumers that put stock into his business, for approximately two million dollars!

Please do not do buisness with this man! My fiance waited an awful long time for his disability check, and when he received it, he signed it over to Thomas Sheperd thinking he was going to make "lots of money" to assist us in our bills and medical responsibilities.

As my fiance had communicated with this man, via e-mail and phone conversations, for months... we found out later, that Sheperd was packing up and getting ready to run.

We filed our claim with the Better Business Bureau and Alaska Attorney General's office as well as the Alaska State Troopers and Federal Trade commission, with no signifigant result in recouping his investment, due to an inability to locate Shepard as he had fled Anchorage during the investigations.
