Thomas Tolstoy: Rapist Cop! Philadelphia Pennsylvania

Philadelphia police officer Thomas Tolstoy is a rapist, according to multiple women who have filed complaints against him as far back as a decade. Incredibly, Tolstoy is STILL a cop, free to again rape yet not be held accountable. His fellow officers call him "the b***s man" due to his tendency to indecently assault women's breasts. Tolstoy's partners in slime have invariably covered up his sexual felonies, par for the course for Philadelphia police officers.

Google his name to read myriad newspaper articles about his illegal conduct. The only reason that we have even heard about Tolstoy is that city investigator Wellington Stubbs blew the whistle to the media about him and a few of his crooked colleagues. Naturally, Stubbs was fired in retaliation, also par for the course in Philadelphia's so-called law enforcement community.

At least Stubbs was not murdered by other cops for snitching, like Officer Thomas Bray was the day after he testified against a crooked cop. Amnesty International recently suggested that Philadelphia's police force is tied with Pakistan's as being the world's most brutal and corrupt. Is that really a surprise, given that cops like Thomas Tolstoy are allowed to sexually assault innocent women and get away with it?
