Thomas Wayne Kirkpatrick ARROGANT DEAD-BEAT, CRAZY, RAGING A**HOLE WHO SNAPS UNCONTROLLABLY AT THE SLIGHTEST PROVOCATION Reseda California

To begin with, this is more of a warning or public service announcement. Tom came to stay at our house as a resident on April 1, 2015...boy, were we ever fooled! He presents well and gives really good "interview" and so we accepted him into our house. We did not anticipate the insane ending that was coming our way.

Not a week passed before there were issues, minor ones at first, like leaving messes in thekitchen, paying his share of utilities late, etc. Not desirable, but manageable. Then one day when I was in the kitchen getting something to eat, grabbed a soda from the 6 pack I had just purchased the day before and went back to my room. Tom was the only person home besides me at the time. 

As I returned to the kitchen to wash my dishes, I saw Tom pulling a soda out of the refridgerator, popping the top and walking past me toward his room. IT WAS MY SODA!! I checked to confirm that is was, and then when certain, I confronted him. All I said was, "Excuse me, but did you borrow a soda from me?" 

ALL HELL BROKE LOOSE!! Tom instantly became enraged, threatening and menacing. I am a tiny little girl weighing about 90 lbs. Tom is easily 200 lbs. It was so frightening that I had to call the owner of the house and retreat to my room in fear. The owner came over immediately and told Tom that if it ever happened again, Tom would be kicked out immediately.

There were endless other infractions, messes, leaving things burning on the stove, not cleaning up after his dogs, etc. But what finally resulted in the BIG EVENT was Tom's unwillingness to FOLLOW RULES and HONOR FINANCIAL agreements.

We all share the house. Room fees are due on the 1st and utilities are due on the 15th. If we are late, there is a late fee of 20.00/day. (but only up to 5 days). All of this is in the lease and all of it is explained and agreed to prior to accepting someone and allowing then to move-in. We all agree with this policy but it keeps the bills paid.

Tom is one of those assholes who thinks he knows "the law" and holds himself above and beyond the agreements of any lease, contract, or society. He is typical of a deadbeat in that he finds one little clause which he thinks is not right and decides hat the entire agreement is therefore invalid. He blew another gasket when asked to not leave things cooking on the stove unattended after almost catching the kitchen on fire. 

Furthermore, Tom took the peculiar stance of NOT COMMUNICATING WITH THE OWNER. I don't mean casually forgeting to respond to a text...I mean REFUSING TO RESPOND TO CALLS, MESSAGES, EMAILS, NOTICES....anything. Tom has a HUGE attitude problem and MAJOR authority issues.

Finally, the owner and the other residents of the house had had enough...the owner approached Tom via text and suggested that the situation was not working out and when could Tom be out. The owner offered to refund his current month's rent and return his deposit if he would just move out voluntarily. Tom responded with a string of threats and F Yous, along with foul name-calling. WHO DOES THAT?!!

The owner called the local police who came to the house and Tom ended up ASSAULTING THE POLICE!!! Talk about CRAZY!!! After he was carted off by the police, the owner put all of his stuff out and contracted Tom's family to come and get his belongings....

BE WARNED!!!
