In 1999 I purchased a 1993 Plymouth Laser from Thomason Nissan and before they were through I had been charged 15,000.00 dollars for the car. It was suppose to be paid off in March of this year, 2003, now I don't know when.
I have been paying $276.00 amonth on this car since March of 1999, not counting my trade in of $4000.00 and several hundred dollars besides that. I can not even get another car because I owe to much on this one yet.
I still owe over $8000.00 on this car and I don't know how to fight this. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
The car had also been broken into and I was not advised of this or that it had a blown head gasket when they took it in on trade.
I feel they were not only dishonest and deceptive but took advantage of a woman. I went back the very next day and said I wanted my other car back and they refused, the Laser also had a bad paint job but I bought it at night is there anyway to fight this?
