I had a combination wired handset and remote handset telephone. About 2 weeks before the warranty was up, the phone stopped transmitting.

Since there were no telephone numbers to call, only an address to send the phone to, I sent the phone as shown to the address above.

The tracking information shows that the phone was recieved by Thomson Consumer Electronics on June 21, 2002, almost 2 months ago.

I have tried to get a phone number from information but they do not have any listing for the company in Texas. At this point I don't know how to contact them or what happened to my phone.
