Contact made with Thomson on noted dates and times. With still no resolution to the matter. I had returned a malfunctioning/defective DVD/VHS recorder/digital tuner, and followed their instructions to get the unit to them and for a refund if not replaced. They do not respond to e-mails and only their call center which is obviously not in these United States is polite enough to respond. They have as you can see by the dates and times listed dragged this on and on. I have to say that Thomson Electronics which has commercial brands such as PRN, GV, RCA, Screen vision, does not seem very customer service driven when comes to resolving a legitimate consumer complaints for a defective product. I have to say for me I will not be buying any RCA products again now or in the future and will also be filing a complaint with the BBB. It is funny that on their web site under Thomsons Ethics: Main points it says this:
We Value Integrity. We pledge to uphold the highest standards in dealing with customers - both internal and external - and with partners, suppliers, shareholders, markets and governments. To bad it is only words, and not action.
