  I began testing at Prometric for my Texas Life, Accident and Health Insurance license 1 year ago in the state of Texas. I repeatedly flunked the exam by 1-7 points (failing is 70 or below) every time I tested. I knew during several retakes that I was passing the exam. I heard from the exam employees themselves, that the test was "fixed" to ensure continuous funds for the company....
After many failed attempts and grueling days, I realized that these "rumors" were seeming to be true. I spent many days feeling worthless, stupid, distraught and depressed. I am the sole provider for my children and my career relies on my being licensed. The exam cost(s) $75.00 every time it is taken, so this was very costly as well. 
 I happened to come across a posting on the licensing website today that stated that beginning Sept 2012, the state of Texas would be ending their contract with Prometric. I would like to see this companys' CEO and all other responsible parties, held responsible for all of us that have wasted money and suffered heart ache because of this....
