Thor has put 30 day lates on our credit for 5 years and we are currently looking to refinance as a result. We have a letter from Thor stating they were going through system changes in 2003, when we bought our motor home, and subsequently we had several months rolling lates when in fact we were not late - thank God for online bill pay. We proved it and they had to remove the over a dozen lates and charges, but not until we wrote every agency on earth to fight them. Our credit was ruined for over a year.

Still, they will not remove the first late in October of 2003, although we have the letter admitting system issues due to system changes, the still would and will not accept responsibility that the system issues recording their payments may be the cause of our "30 day late" and they wont remove it either.

We have written everyone, including all credit agencies and the FTC. No one will do anything. I asked the credit agencies to verify our late with their evidence against our evidence of paying on time - but no change. It's amazing, these consumer protection agencies are no better than the thieving corporations they obviously serve. It's disgusting behavior. Don't ever use Thor for anything!
