THOROUGHBRED AUTO PARTS GANSEVOORT, NY west end auto they sent me the wrong part and charged me for another with out my permission. Failed to refund the full amount of the wrong part they sent & return shipping Gansevoort, New York

I was told by ''John'' at thoroughrbred auto parts the total cost for my part including shipping would be $100. The part I recieved was not what I ordered. I called them and they said they would take care of it. Without my permission they charged another part to my credit card. The correct part did arrive leaving me to deal with returnig the wrong one to ''West End Auto''. So far I have recieved only half of what I was charged for the wrong part, not to mention the $19.95 it cost to insure and ship it back to ''West End Auto''. The original $100 is up to $147. Just because I live in another state and you know I am not going to drive to return the wrong part YOU sent me is nothing but criminal. I have done alot of business with local salvage yards and if they gave me the wrong part-they simply would have exchanged it or given me a full refund.
