My name is teddy, I talk to them over the phone, What a bunch of thieves! I purchased a new headlight for my car, from this company on January 5 20 nd...after 3 weeks I called to inquire where my part was... They said it was shipped from other locations, that I should recieved any time, that is not true, look at all the reports, this persons are Theives. the my order got filed before it was filled - they would ship the next day - another month later still no part. Nancy or Castling, she change her name, the person who anawers the phone - and the one who covers for the owner John Bardino - said she called me back and left me a message that the part they charged me $265 in in January 5, I decided not to wait, after knowing they are theives, This persons are manipualtive, trying to trick you in any way possible.

I told Nancy to have the owner to call me - needless to say he never did. I waited another 2-3 business days and called back to demand a refund.

be carefull with this thieves, and put your reports on all the possible sites you can, this people need to pay for what they do.
