Like a fool I called this company and spoke to Joyce about ordering 2 doors for my daughters 2003 Toyota Echo. She sounds very nice and trustworthy, unfortunately this was not the case. A requirement to purchase product from this company is to have a loading dock to receive parts. As stated these doors were for my daughters car as she is on a very tight budget. My father agreed to receive the doors at his place of work so that we could use the loading dock. He wrapped them in bubble wrap to bring them to my house because they showed up with no packaging protection.
My dad said they didn't look like new and I said that they were actually 2001 doors but Joyce assured me that they would be in very good condition when I paid her the $800.00. They arrived at my house around 9 Pm and I proceeded to install them in my driveway that night. They looked OK in the driveway and around 12 am I was finished switching the lock and interiors and went to bed.
The doors looked very different in the sunlight the next day and I called Thouroughbred to make them aware of the issue. It went like this:
That's too bad, go get an estimate and fax it to me. After I sent the estimate they asked for pictures. After the pictures they told me to drive the doors to the actual supplier and ask them if they shipped them to me damaged. Needless to say their response was tough crap. We are not going to refund anything.
Don't buy from these people they are dishonest.

Of Course They Weren't New

Of course the doors weren't new. No one buys new doors. What you go by is the number of hours required work to get a door to new condition.
I'd be curious as to what your complaint is. Were the doors dented? Dinged? Wrong paint color? Any dings or paint color differences are going to typically be the responsibility of the installer to rectify - this is standard industry wide.
From the way you stated your complaint, I'm guessing you're just not familiar with the salvage industry. If I'm wrong I'd love to better understand what is up. I buy from a lot of different companies and to be honest I'm not at all familiar with thoroughbred.
