Thq fulfilled by Digital River Digital River bait and switch, false info given by different cs reps, no refund processed Eden Prairie, Minnesota

 I preordered a product guaramteed for delivery on release date on the companys site. called when order was stuck "in process". cs rep assured me i would still have release date delivery which was false. product shipped weak later.called cs and was apologized to by a clueless rep who had no notes or info on my case. contacted cs to order a pick up from carrier for return. cs said pick up is fine and sent me email to fill out and call back. called back and was informed pick up is not possible. paid for fedex shipment back to company after promised by cs that it would be comped as long as i email my receipt. product was tracked back by fedex on the 9th of december as being delivered . however they will not issue refund until 5-7 days from the 13th (which they are claiming they recieved on the 13). on top of that cs rep is also clueless and has no notes about my return shipping. cs rep has me send a scan of my fedex reciept to what seems like a random no reply adress and still have not receieved either return. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.
