 It’s all true what I just read. I experienced the same events almost. He was the cheapest price at the time and all his references said good things. He cut sheetrock on my nice finished wood floor and cut the floor. I have many stories like this. He never shows up and he doesn’t care. The roof wasn’t on the house and he didn’t even care if everything got wet. I had to get people to put tarps over it.

His crew is new every day and day workers. He doesn’t pay any workers by the way. Even the day workers he screws. They came to my house asking me for money and I was like it’s not me. He didn’t pay my AC guy!! He didn’t pay the excavator!! Everybody was bothering me for money!! Took him over a year to do a 3 month job, which I ended up just telling him I don’t want to see him again as anything that he did was wrong and messed up. And it’s so true he keeps saying he is getting his lawyer involved!

If you do hire him because you are cheap you better watch him. Also take the clause out of his contract that says buyer is responsible for all of sneaky Steve’s lawyer fees.  I paid a lawyer to review it and she missed it. I could have caught that!!!!
