A young man came to my door selling magazine subscriptions for Threedom Sales, Inc. He stated he was in a contest and this would help him. (I have done this before with our local college and have not been taken!) However; this time I ordered, received what I thought was a legitimate receipt and not yet seen my magazine. Placed the order on 9/30/2004 for $47.00 Tracks magazine. Yes the phone number they gave me has been diconnected but their website is active and even provides a "contact us" link. After reading the previous reports I don't expect to get a response, a magazine, or a refund. I can only hope that enough people complain enough to put a stop to this nonsense. Buyer beware - lesson learned. It's unfortunate for not only the legitimate companies but also for the magazine industry, I'll go to the store to buy my copy from now on!
