I agreed to a six-month contract to try the gym out. After the six months were up I verbally told the owner I wasn't coming back. The owner went out of his way to dig up a secondary form of payment and charge it as if nothing changed. When confronted he told me it was my fault and didn't offer to refund me my money. It was not an accident because I had used a different CC on the last month of the contract that was not tied to  the agreement. Somehow he gained access to the card and charged me three months worth of membership dues, knowing full well I was not visiting the gym and had verbally ended my membership. 

A business should be able to sustain through honest business practices and not aim to steal from those that visit their business.
