Thrive Extreme Health This company uses Dr. Oz claims that Garcinia Cambocia can promote weight loss and attaches their product line and 14 day trial offer on face book using a segment on Dr. Oz show with no terms or conditions included for the trial period. You think you are only paying for the trial but you actually are signed up for a 3 month subscription. Deceptive and misleading and I was billed for the items without ever receiving them. Had to cancel my debit card and get another issued to insure I would not be billed again without my consent. They were only willing to return 35% of the $86.94. Have disputed the charge with my bank but have little hope of recovering this money. BEWARE OF DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!! Sarasota Springs Utah

Viewed a Dr. Oz segment on face book about Garcinia Cambocia where he praised the effects of this product. I responded to the company attached to the face book segment and ordered and paid for a 14 day trial offer of the product sold by a company call Thrive Extreme Health. Upon ordering it was specific about only being a trial and I noticed no terms and conditions involved in this trial offer. It took 10 days to receive my order and to this day I have not even opened the product to try it. I often check my bank balance on line and noticed a charge from Thrive Extreme Health for $86.94 and called my bank to dispute this charge, as well I contacted Thrive to ask why I was being charged and spoke to someone who called herself Melissa. she responded by saying we assumed you were thrilled with the product and are billing you to continue receiving it. I told her I wasn't interested in anymore product and would like to get a refund to the charge. Her attitude changed quickly and she became indignant insisting that I have noticed great results from using the product. I explained that I had not even opened the product yet to try it and again asked for a refund. She responded she would only refund 35% of my money. Keep in mind I've been billed $86.94 for product I haven't received yet. To this I told her I would be filing a dispute to this charge with my bank and she responded by telling me she would not refund anything and proceeded to give me a cancellation confirmation nUmber. I have filed a dispute for this charge with my bank. I have little hope of getting a refund. I can only hope that Ripoff Report can help. I have had to cancel my debit card and order a replacement to insure I would not be charged again by this company. I don't understand why I could not get a refund on product that had not been shipped yet.
