This company does not understand the credentialing process at all. Nor did I until I had to clean up their mess. After three months of waiting for progress to be made on our company’s out-of-network credentialing/registration with Aetna, BCBS, Beacon Health Options, Humana, and United Healthcare, we decided to contact the companies ourselves to view the progress. Although we were notified that we would be “good to go in a few days” or “should be done within a couple week,” after speaking with each company, NONE of them had ANY information on us. Nothing.

After asking Credentialing.com “what’s up with that?” We were told that they were working on it still. As a result, we were motivated to look into the process itself, with each company. At the end of two days, we had registered ourselves with two companies—as in, ready to file claims that next day. Additionally, after researching BCBS registration, we found out that it only takes one document and 14 business days to start filing claims out-of-network. So, after telling this company how BCBS does it, they started doing it right.

All-in-all, we asked for a refund ONLY on the ones that we did COMPLETELY ourselves. To which, we were told that they had done “too much work” on the projects to justify such a refund. Our bill was just under $1000 for work we ultimately did most of ourselves. Had we not gotten involved the way we did, we might still be waiting to submit our claims.

This company ripped me off too. I was told they would not refund my money only give me a credit. They owe me $6500. I was able to their work that I paid them for in a month. I waited 6 months and I questioned what they were doing. It appears to always be a miscommunication. SCAM!

A representative of the company has called to issue the appropriate refund for services, and has confirmed that actions are being taken to improve the quality of services for future clients.

I appreciate the representatives taking complaints seriously, and doing their best to resolve the issue(s) that can occur in this type of industry. I am glad that we could reach a reasonable agreement.
