We are an all volunteer organization involved with little league baseball.  We do not have very much of a budget to work with. Our scoreboard was in bad shape and we got several quotes to get it fixed up.  Thug Monkey was the cheapest by almost half. This should have been a red flag (you get what you pay for) but instead I was excited to get the board cleaned up for the kids for the least amount of money.

A few Dads spent an entire weekend building a 22 ft high scaffold to repaint and reletter the scoreboard. Not until we started to install our logo did I notice that the metal we supplied to be covered had been patched. It was too late to complain about because we only had two days for the project.  When it came time to apply the lettering it wouldn't stick.  The letters wouldn't come off the paper it came on. There was less adhesive than masking tape on the letters.  We rubbed for hours to try and make them work.  Again, we are volunteers and couldn't spend any more money or time on the project.  I called Jarrod immediately, he offered no help or explaination. He only defended his product which was not made for the type of work we were doing.  This was vehicle wrap material and not intended for sign lettering. The letters curled and pealed off within a day.

I tried several times to contact Jarrod. He would not answer several phone messages and texts.  He finally resoponded when I posted something on his facebook. He promised to replace some of the letters and add more adhesive to make sure it sticks.  

Weeks went by with no responses again.  I called repeatedly and finally he answered with a date that the new letters would be done.  I went to the shop several days after the day he told me they would be ready.  Again, I was met with more lies and lame excuses as to why my lettering wasn't completed. He promised me I would have them by the following Monday.  That was two weeks ago.. I haven't heard anything.  

Jarrod is immature and a liar. He will definatley take your money but he will not provide a quality product.  He avoids phone calls and his voicemail is usually full so you can't leave a message. There are many companies doing what he does. I would choose one of them.
