This online marketplace service used to charge between $3 and $6 for the privilege of contacting a prospective client. They charged nearly $14 the last transaction. After contacting them with a complaint, they informed us of a policy that was new which allowed them to charge such a high fee. This was done in a deceitful manner since no such updated policy was ever received from them informing us if such a policy change. They refused to refund the fee and failed to acknowledge us with a response once we expressed our right to have been notified in advance of the modified policy. Very shaky company to do business with, "supported" by an extremely incompetent customer service team
