I joined Thumbtack April 2017 to obtain Photography leads for business, The company has kept making changes to our detriment without any notice to us purchasing leads. It has gotten to the point of, in my opinion, a total scam because they have put such restrictions on bidding it is a total waste of time, there is virtually little or now response from any potential client, with no reporting on even if lead quote was extended to the client. However the credit card is charged each and every time. without fail. but no explanation from Thumbtack as to why these leads are getting absolutely no response! I am interested in joining in any CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT PENDING. there should be sanctions against companies like this who just charge and charge and virtually blow the so called PROS off when complaints are brought.
