Ordered Canon camera advertised with "new" lens, received email to call concerning order and explained that lens, memory card, battery etc was not the best package. 
In order to upgrade, the price was close to the next package. It sounded a little strange to me so I asked for them to email me the details so that I could confirm EXACTLY what they were presenting. I never received a description to confirm instead they billed and shipped $839 worth of camera gear vs my order of $561.  When I saw the charge and email, I called them immediately and they said  Sorry, too late, need to pay shipment ($40!) and  return shipment as well as restocking fee. They should be shut down.
