Thunder cameras The Thunder cameras charged my credid card by amount which much higher than my order price and never send me anything New York, New York

I ordered a nikon 80-400mm f/4.5-5.6d ed vibration reduction lens autofocus lens
because the thunder cameras price was the lowest (~ $1200)
Two days later I decided check out my order and realize than the price of the my order was changed to
$1599.99
I was trying to call them, but all of the phones were disconected and webside did not work.
After receving my credid card invoice, I found that they charched even more $1699.98
The phones stiil not working and web side close down
It is already almost 3 weeks and have not recieved anything.
