I was an intern for a brief amount of time and noticed/heard several inappropriate/illegal things that were happening. First of all, they did not pay or give college credit to all interns; I don't even think they have a history of their employees. The "paid" employees did not always receive the full amount promised. They did not pay by hours, but on what they think the employee earned. I don't think they had any sort of history on their employees or what those employees were paid.

Another thing is that when they would consider hiring a new employee/intern, they would ask if the intern were pretty and outgoing. They did not give any instruction to new workers and would then have a group meeting aimed at the new worker, pointing out everything wrong with that person. One time, they even did this is front of a client. 

They also only had 3-4 parking spaces, and several of the interns received parking tickets, which they had to pay for themselves. 

There are many more things that did not seem right or fair to me, but this is a synopsis of everything I witnessed. The owners and some of the workers are very unprofessional and shallow. They would not pay employees because they had "no money," yet they would drive a brand new range rover, and were even planning to buy another car.
