I was given erroneous information by TIAA "advisors" over and over again for four years following his death until one day when someone there shockingly stated that they had been giving me wrong information. The incorrect information caused me to lose 4/5 of the monies and all the growth that those funds would have made over the last 25 years. I live every day with the devastating consequences of their mistake.
