I have been working to get my refund of $179.80 since August 2017.  I have exchanged MANY emails to  They sent me a 'new' unit that was supposed to be tested and extended my 30 day return policy - but of course that did not work either.  I chatted with people, I spoke on the phone with people.  The last woman had an attitude of why do you want to return this?  You must have not done it right, so talk to our support.  I said NO, I want a refund.  I had to prove to her my 30 days was extended after which she said she was going to submit my request to management - believe his name was Joe and I should hear within two weeks. Still waiting!!!!!
