I ordered the tickets on line. The website was misleading and confusing. I did not realised that this is a secondary seller. I also did not realise that five months in advance this company would charge 4.2 times the tickets face value. Because of the confusing and misleading websitre I also did not relaise that I have to pay almost one third ot he ticket price for their fees in addition to the shipping fee. I ordered tickets 5 months in advance and the company was going to ship the tickets the very last moment. When I realised all these aspects and called them in a few hours when the credit card transaction wass pending, they refused to cancel the transaction and were very rude. I am a 75 years old retired educator and wanted to buy the tickets for my husband's 79th Birthday. It is not my first experience with the on-line orders, but I never been so ripped off, like now. The face value of the tickets is $36. I had to pay $213.36 and this was not the last moment purchase.
