ticket king charged 235 dollars for 2 tickets which were 58 dollars a piece ..these were bad seats for the money we paid....they put us on the right of the stage ....instead of front row for the price we paid green bay, Wisconsin

my mother bought tickets in advance to see jeff foxworthy,bill ingvall,larry the cable guy... she paid $235 for the tickets... these tickets were $58 a piece... we tryed to pick the tickets up at the resch center green bay 1901s oneida st.920-494-3401.... www.reschcentar.com...the resch center refered us to ticket king.they will remember us being there because they let us sit inside early to wait because it was cold outside.went to ticket king to pick them up. we got there and the lady from ticket king said resch center called and said we should be reembursed for the extra charges.... the women behind the counter said you get what you paid for... no excuse i know i should of confronted her .. but i stepped back and just cooled down.

Your mother mistakenly bought the tickets from a ticket broker, not Resch Center. You can always plan on paying at least twice the face value from a broker. If she had gone to the Resch Center website and purchased directly through them, she would have paid face value plus a small service charge. Basically, it's legalized scalping. As for Resch Center calling Ticket King and telling them your mother should be reimbursed for the extra charges, Resch Center doesn't set Ticket King's prices, so they have no say in that. Is it a ripoff, sure. But since no laws were violated, it's not a ripoff.
