Two tickets for Garth Brooks concert charged and email confirmation received.  Section of event location listed, number of tickets but no seat numbers which did not alarm me, at first but made sense for a scam.

Only option to get tickets was "local pickup" which was not defined.  After several calls to phone # given was toLe I would get an email directing me to location of ticket pickup.  This was the day of the event so I was somewhat worried.  First I was told that the location would be "near" event location but how near??  After 5 phone call, was told that tickets would be at box office of event to be picked up one hour prior to event.

Got to event venue well in advance of time and no tickets were  there for me under name, email, order # (from vendor which box office said meant nothing to them).  Box office looked extensively stating sometimes the will calls are called in "later". The event was to start in 15 minutes.  My partner googled "event ticket sales" and found several scam complaints.  One guy said it is run by an intent savvy 20 y.o. with a room full of girls on the phone.  The girls all sound Asian and have names like "Kat".

I called three numbers and was told by message that office was closed and to email them for any "event emergency". All this with 5 minutes to showtime.  My partner then went one last time to check for remote possibility that tickets actually arrived. None again, whereupon I called the bank fraud alert to challenge the charge of $283.00 watching all the people who had tickets entering the venue.
