I went online to find tickets to Chris Cornell concert (solo acoustic ) sure to be sold out so as soon as the tickets came available or even the day before. I went online to see what seats were available and this  ad was displayed as authorized ticket seller for the theater I was going to.

I ordered my tickets closest to the stage I could get when my tickets arrived I looked at the seating chart for the theater and my Wife and I were clear in the friggin back of the hall. I actually ordered these tickets the day before they went on sale.

I called the support number listed on my receipt and asked them to change my tickets and they refused then I asked the guy who I was speaking with that I want a refund they couldn't do that either so I was s**t out of luck and stuck with lousy seats  and the ticket price was 36.00 they charged me 90.00 per ticket and 15.00 for fedx and 45.00 misc.expense for tickets that were here CENTER ORCH Row: T Seats: 105 - 106 row T look at the alphabet I know thats not ABC or D total price for two tickets from the ripoffs  $235.50
