Since it was a speed trap you are clueless to my circumstances. This company is a scam as they only care about the fees they collect. Their customer service is horrible with no follow up. They don't even send you what they write to the courts. I had no suspension until whatever they wrote caused the suspension. Then they have the audacity to ask for another $29 to send a rebuttal without even inquiring the actual outcome and circumstances of the judgement. If they even gave a d**n about their customers they would write their template response that would take them 2 minutes to cut and paste for free.

You mention I should have shown up for court myself? You are a joke dude. The whole premise of their service is that YOU DON'T HAVE TO SHOW UP!!! How big of a fool are you anyway? The reason I chose their service is they pumped up the fact they get so many people's tickets dismissed plus the FACT I live 6 hours away from the court which prohibited me from going to court. If my ticket was in San Diego I would have hired The Ticket Attorney in San Diego for $99. They actually go to court for you. In the last 10 years I have used them, when I occasionally have gotten a ticket, 75% of the time they have gotten it dismissed. If not they have gotten me traffic school. I spent $273 with this scam company and got nothing but additonal expenses and a 30 day suspension. Their boasted writing skills must actually suck big time. These clowns couldn't even get me traffic school. They also have 3 other companies like this one under different names which they run all out of the same office. They are scamming all over the place!

My advice is not to use crap service scams like this because they simply do not work!!! Buyer BEWARE!!!

 Did you ever think that maybe you should change the behavours that got you that ticket? If you speed then slow down. If you do rolling stops, then fully stop your car. See you are attempting to blame someone else for your misfortune. All they can do is ATTEMPT to get your ticket taken care of. If you are a chronic offender and have multiple tickets under your belt, all the representation in the world would not save you from a Judges descion. As you did not even attend the proceedings you basically told that Judge that you really didnt care what their verdict was going to be. Youre right, you should have just paid the fine and gotten this issue resolved early on.

But try and be fair here. The company you went through DID NOT do the act that got the ticket nor did they fail in their representation. They can attend all the hearings they want, If the Judge decided based on the merits of YOUR driving record that a 30 day was appropriate, then there wouldnt be much that they can do.
