ticketliquidators.com ticket liquidator Tickets unusable, no refund Internet

I ordered and paid online for two Jimmy Buffet tickets on May 16th, 2017 at the Perfect Vodka Ampitheatre in West Palm Beach, FL.  They emailed me the ticket nos, and told me to download and print them.  I was unable to download them from several different computers/phones.  I called them up three times to tell them.  They again emailed them and again no luck downloading or printing them.  Since the venue only accepts printed tickets, I was forced to buy tickets for general admission at the venue.  I called Ticket Liquidators again and they  baasically said too bad.  This is a horrible company with horrible customer service.  They overcharge for their tickets.  I am out $120.00 for two tickets which should have been $78.oo at the door.
