I ordered one VIP ticket from this website Ticketsintime.com for the Rockstar Energy Drink Meyhem Festival. This was the biggest waste of money iv ever spent. My bill came to a total of 552$ and i was almost positive it was a lagitamit VIP ticket since the VIP tickets were actually cheaper than what i was given. The ticket itself was 452$ plus an 85$ service fee and 15$ shipping.

When I got to the venue they actually said my ticket could be fake because it was an E-ticket which is an 11x8.5 inch paper and it had someone elses name on it that i guess was the origional buyer. They also told me if it is real its just a normal seat ticket and not VIP. At this point i was pissed because the people i went with paid 100$ less and had recieved VIP(they obviosly didnt get their tickets from this site).

I tried calling the numbers on my ticket and the emergency ticket line that i was given. And of course i was sent to a message machine and got some foreign guy that told me to call the same number that i just called and heared the machine. At this point i was seeing red and just bought a general admission ticket so i could get a refund on a single seat i paid 552$ for which was misadvertised on the website as VIP.

The next day i called and tried to get a refund and of course the lady i spoke to couldnt do anything for me, was a complete jerk about the situation and hung up on me for no reason when i was trying to find my information. The thing that really pisses me off is she said they have never recieved a complaint about their sales and when i looked online about their reviews there was nothing but complaints and a tons of people saying the website is a scam. Now i have to file a backcharge on my credit card and try to get my money back.
