This "company" actually have a sponsored first-page advertisement on Google. That's how I found them. Their grift is promising delivery of tickets. Tickets never arrive!
Over the course of 8 months, I tried unsuccessfully to get tickets to a popular football game for my son's graduation gift after having paid $3000 for the four tickets for our family.
Each time I called, they'd give a later "drop dead" delivery date. After the first missed delivery date I did a Google search and discovered evidence of other scammed individuals. When I asked John (the ha-ha "general manager") he said, "Oh that was a single case of a disgruntled client from 8 years ago. How dare you bring that up." (Be wary: their first promise of delivery conveniently falls after the typical credit card deadline for refunds resulting from fraud.)
I called and later got a new promised delivery date. It came and went. I called again, upset, knowing I was getting swindeled. I already have plane tickets and hotel rooms invested for the trip. But no tickets.
Two weeks before the game I called and told them if I don't get them within 3 days, they will miss my family's travel departure date. The rep (Curtis) actually told me I shouldn't get so upset or I'll miss the fun of my trip!
This smart-a*s arrogance is typical of their position on customer service.
I never received my tickets. I have cancelled my hotel reservation but was unable to get a refund of my plane tickets. I asked them during my final call why they knowingly lie about delivery dates and Curtis had no answer.
They have commited grand larceny and internet fraud and because this is interstate it has federal jurisdiction so I'm filing a report with the FBI internet fraud website, Better Business Bureau, VISA who is helping me get a refund, and the Omaha television local consumer watchdog reporter.
Do not use this company. This has been a horrific and costly experience.

#1 UPDATE Employee
We expect ticket sellers to treat customers respectfully
AUTHOR: TicketSpot - (United States of America)
SUBMITTED: Wednesday, August 29, 2012
Hello Sally! Thank you very much for your comments. We're very sorry to hear about all the trouble you experienced with your order. It seems that you may have been confused by the difference between the ticket seller (the company that advertised your tickets and supplied your order) and TicketSpot. We at TS are a nationwide network through which companies like TicketsInTime resell tickets to popular events. We vet all the sellers who resell tickets for us based on a large number of standards so as to ensure only the best companies use our service. It would appear that you were actually in contact with your ticket seller during your ticket order rather than being in contact with our website directly.
Either way, we're very sorry for the negative experience you encountered when dealing with your ticket seller. We expect all the sellers who resell tickets through our exchange to be respectful when dealing with customers. We also expect all sellers to deliver ticket orders and we severely penalize any sellers who do not fulfill a ticket purchase. Your particular seller actually has a very good record in delivering ticket orders through our service.
Added to that, it's important to note that there may sometimes be delivery delays with ticket orders that are out of the seller's control. Many event tickets aren't distributed or even printed until within weeks of their event. They then have to make their way to another party (the seller) before reaching you. It's therefore true that staggered ticket delays, while rare, are not often indicative of a problem with your order.
