We bought tickets to the Kokua festival in Waikiki, HI. We were going to take our daughters to Disneyland for our family vacation but my oldest daughter (she's 5 but already a fan) really wanted to see Jack Johnson and Ben Harper. What 5 year old passes up Disneyland for a concert? Mine does. . . we planned our dream vacation to Hawaii around this concert. Now we have to disappoint her and tell her that this piece of crap company took our $500 bucks for tickets and won't send them. This sucks! Way to go TicketsMyWay.com - you succeeded in screwing up a 5 year olds vacation! Obviously we are nervous to buy tickets from other vendors online. . .if anyone has found reputable companies to work with, please let me know.
