TicketsPlus.com deceptive trade practices, misleading, uncoopporative, irresponsible, Vernon Rockville, Connecticut

TicketsPlus.com does business through several front websites.  They advertise for sale tickets that they may not, and most likely do not, have available to sell.  When you get tickets other than those you ordered, they claim they are equal or better, not by their definition but by the venue's.  When you contact them they are rude, unwilling to assist to make the order right, claim their terms and conditions protect them (they are not prominently displayed anywhere), and resist requests to speak to a manager.  Any request for refund is met with the T&Cs that all sales are final, even if you didn't get anything close to what you ordered.  They will not refund service fees as a gesture of goodwill, saying, and I quote, "the front website collects those, not us, so we can't do anything".  After a period of time trying to get resolution and go up the chain of command, their reps are empowered to call a halt to the call and will simply hang up on you.
