Tidewater Finance CO. Tidewater Car CO. - T/A Tidewater Motor - Credit, Tidewater Credit Services Garnishment on a junk car of $9,702.29 , I had the car paid down to $1,000.00 in 2008. I paid $2,000.00 before the car was towed to the junk yard. The car cost $4,842.62 Chesapeake, Virginia

I bought this car in 2001, it cost $4,842.62 after a year I started having major repairs on it. The mechanic said it was a hopeless cause  to keep repairing ,so it was junked for parts. I still had car payments on it , so they started garnishment  wages in Ohio. I had it down to $1,000.00 in 2008.  I then moved to CO.  they had another court order for garnishment of $9,702.29 ,they are taking $500.00 a mo. out of my check,which leaves me $655.00 a pay period to live on. I've called them to lower my payment to $200.00,they said we can't do that. I've asked the corts to send me a statement how they came up with all this money to pay. I've received nothing. They are forcing me to fill bankrupcy.
