After getting into the office after the holiday I looked into you claim to see if there was something I could do to resolve the situation. Upon Checking into your account we found the there were two refunds processed for you on starting on aug 20th and completed on aug 28th. Now since these maps have already been sent out we will not be able to refund the first charge however if you could let me know when the other charge occured I would be willing to refund that one as well. If you have not seen the refund on your card yet you may want to check with your credit card company. 

Please Contact for refund. Email Will be the best way if you email us we will issue a refund check to you by Friday  Sept 7. The billing proccess should have been clearly explained to you. If they were not, we are very sorry that this experince with our company was not up to expectations. This has been taken care of on the companies end to insure that there is no repeated charges to your company. We do need you to contact us by email as soon as possible so we can start the refund proccess. As far as the claim that you were told that this was a chamber of commerce map once we know what company you represent we will investagate this right away because this is not an acceptable sales practice and if the sales rep is still with our company they will be immediately terminated we at Tie Down Media do not allow the misrepresening our product or services. If you had called us to let us know that you were lied to you would have been refunded right away and the ad canceled. We would like to get this taken care of right away and return all money charged.
