TIF Jewelry Store TIF Jewelry a huge SCAM - NOT TIFFANY & COMPANY. CREDIT CARD COMPANY WILL NOT HELP YOU! Beijing, Internet

This company's web page looks just like Tiffany & Company's web page.  I placed an order and then two days later tried to reach the company to double check on shipping and how long it would take.  Could not find a phone number. They were expedient in charging my card and on the invoice of Capital One - there was a toll free number -0it does not work!!  It sounds like a fax machine. Finally, I found a toll-free number for Tiffany & Company and called that number.

Note:  The real Tiffany & Co's order number is usually 6 digits.  The one I possessed was about 12 digits.  The rep with Tiffanys' told me I had been scammed and that which ever company I ordered from was fraudulent.  She told me to call my credit card company to dispute charges.  Capital One removed the charge and asked for paperwork.  I sent all I had plus printed material from Ripoff Report to them.  Of course, I had no 'bill of sale' and they kept repeating this to me.  All I had was the receipt these "escape artists" e-mailed me.  Capital One still made me pay the charges - though - knowing full well that TIF Jewelry Store were scam artists.

Never, ever believe your credit card company is going to help you...they won't!!!  As soon as we have redeemed our reward points with Capital One, they are history.  I sent Priority Mail - ten (10) documents of what I had been through and info about this "Beijing" Company and it still got me nowhere!!  I am livid.
