Tiffany Gill is initially very charming during the consultation and the salon is very nice, but take heed of all one star reviews on Yelp regarding Ms. Gill before you even think of patronizing this place. The neighborhood is very nice (I live nearby) and she appears to be communicative and very personable, but she used a bait and switch tactic on me by telling me one price that we mutually agreed upon for a scope of work, then arbitrarily added fees that she did not mention until my appointment was over. She had ample opportunity to inform me of the fee but waited until the last minute and added 50.00. I consider myself lucky, unlike the others who said they paid hundreds of dollars for her shoddy weaves and got little to zero what they asked for. When I posted a Yelp review explaining how she used bait and switch on me, Tiffany started texting me not even an hour after I lwrote it. She began harassing me and whem I asked her several times to cease contact with me, she threatened to release information about my hair in a futile attempt to shame and/or intimidate me in retaliation for writing my review! This woman conducted herself very unethically and unprofessionally and she even admitted as much by leaving me a voice message apologizing for her not communicating to me in advance what the fee would be. She was relentless with her harassing, angry text messages and I have saved them all as evidence.
