Tiffany Glitter Heels 3 MONTHS LATER AND STILL NOTHING

I ordered the shoes in February. The site said 2 weeks for prodcution and should receive ite, within 4 weeks. 3 MONTHS LATER AND NOTHING. I had to open a dispute with my credit card company just to get some resolution. She FINALLY shipped the shoes AFTER she had been contacteed about the dispute. Horrible business model. She posts on IG all the time but can't respond to paying customers??? DO NOT BUY

It should not take 3 months and a credit card dispute to get an item that I paid for. I understand they are custom made but not 3 months worth. I didn't even get a design just glitter, glued to the heel of a boot.
