She does not respond to paying customers e-mail questions about when her product has shipped. Horrible customer service! I placed an order with her over 3 months ago and still have not gotten a shipping e-mail. I have sent her 4 e-mail over the last month she only sends out some bulls*** auto email response saying she can't answer e-mails. If you dont have a s*** tone of Instagram followers she will push your order to the back of the pile! She has been getting late shipping time complaints for YEARS yet people still buy her heels and wait ridiculous amount of time to receive them. Wish I had never trusted her company, she has plenty of time to be on Instagram all day but not taking care of orders, or emails. No wonder she does not allow customer reviews on her Facebook page  or on her website. I wish i could warn more people about her horrible business practice, instagram influencers  that are supporting her should be ashamed they are helping her scam people!
