 I was offered a supposed 200.00 purse as a gift all I bad to pay was 3.96 s/h they were a new company Trying to get there name out well the purse came it was No 200.00 purse but I thought what the heck I will regift it. Well 2 ago I get a box from Tiffany handbags 2416 W Victory Blvd 114 Burbank Ca 91506 but above it says mailed from zip code 71504 cost 34 cents to ship how do they ship so cheap I called my bk sure enough I had been charged 99.00 I disputed the charge and got a new card they won't Hit me again, then I emailed there support dept and told them if they sent anymore I would consider them Gifts and I wanted a full refund or I was reporting them to atty general so We will shall see
