It is very concerning that large internet Retailers like Tiger Direct are defrauding their consumers like this! Someone has to put an end to this!!!
I ordered a wireless router with Internet Security Suite with an almost 100% rebate. A deal too good to be true? No,- they make much more money selling it overpriced and then not paying the mail-in-rebates!!!
I filled out the rebate very carefully online at OnRebates.com and printed the submission papers, UPC codes,Invoice from my account page at Tiger Direct, etc. Now it is turned down (totaling almost $100)because the invoice ptinted directly from Tiger Direct does not show my address... I looked back at the invoice and sure enough... They (Tiger) issues invoices without listing the customer address. Is this coincidence of on purpose? I cannot immagine a large company making such an error.
I called the number listed on my denial email from OnRebates amd was disconnected after waiting for 55 (fiftyfive) minutes. This is outrageous! There need to be laws to put an end to these ripp-off companies / practices!

It is important that the purchase date shows on the invoice because the vendors request that rebates get postmarked within 30 days and the invoice is the only way to verify it.
Please contact Tiger Direct and request they email you a copy of your invoice (make sure they include your address and purchase date) and then proceed to forward it to nadina.urdanetaATonrebate.com
