In June of this year, I answered an ad from TigerDirect. The ad was for a $89.00 hard drive, less a $40.00 rebate. I mailed and filled out the rediculous rebate form and it mailed it out in a "Priority Mail" folder with a certified receipt. After two months another form letter was received telling me to send in the stuff.
I spoke to PabloLeil who told me" we don't have to give you a rebate". After muttereing that he give me break. he had me E-mail him copies of the stuff . After a period of almost another month,he returned my e-mail, with nothing further done. I accused the company of stealing my money!
PS I will be in the Miami area in Jan of next year nd will file in Small claims court for max damages (Cost of vacation days, etc.)
