TigerWireless has refused to pay $400 in rebates to me claiming that my postage was beyond the submit date. I believe that is absolutely false since I followed every miniscule rule on the rebate submission form. I will never have a chance to argue though because I can never get a hold of anyone to talk to.

When I call during business hours I get a message claiming the phone traffic is too high and for my convenience I should be directed to cellphonerebates.com.

There I get a message stating that my claim is denied and I should call the number with my questions. It seems like TigerWireless is in the business of promising rebates, breaking promises, and avoiding customer contact.
