Tikka Cafe - Healthy Indian Fusion Sameer Lalani ( owner of Tikka Cafe - Healthy Indian Fusion ) Restaurant hired my staffing company to work his event at Infinite Energy Arena on April 7, 2017 Tucker, Georgia

On April 7, 2017, Sameer Lalani hired my staff of 15 to work a concert at the Infinite Energy Arena. We agreed on time frame and amout to be paid including overtime rate via contract and he agreed verbally and via text to the amout I would be charging him. Per the contract and verbal arrangement and via text he agreed he would pay me at the end of the shift, that night. Saturday I called him, text him and email him with no repsonse from him. He text me finally and said he would pay me. Later that night he said he would pay me on Monday. I had to pay my staff out of my pocket awaiting Sameer to pay me. On Monday he deposits a check of $61.75 to my account when he owes me over $700. He shorted my staff of hours, didn't pay overtime and accused my staff of stealing over $200 with no evidence. This is really bad business. Why would you steal and lie to another business owner. Do not work for this man or his company. He will lie and steal from you.
