I have a Captial One card that has been paid off for some time. I am signed up for paperless billing and I always review the bill to make sure the balance is zero. I noticed this month that there was a balance due. I thought it was odd so I checked viewed my statement online and found a charge for 21.29 from a company listed as 'TILLYS INTERNET'. I went ahead and paid the bill and called Capital One and reported the fraudulent charnge.
