Yep, just dispute it

Many people will call the bank or go online to check the balance. The register does not tell you if a deposit cleared, it does not tell you if there was any fraudulent activity, it does not tell you if unknown merchant holds are on the account like some gas stations and bars/clubs/restaurants/hotels etc do. So I don't see a need to assume anyone is irresponsible for taking the initiative to call the bank or check the account online..I check all my accounts online at least twice a day looking for hanky panky..and on occasion, I find something. A register is for personal record keeping, it does not make the world honest or perfect.
Granted, the grammar used in the report is poor but as stated when there are unauthorized charges placed on your account, you call or go to the bank and dispute it. Lodging a useless incomplete report like this did nothing but subject you to abuse. And I agree, you can never be too careful giving account info out online. Almost every report of internet fraud lodged here was avoidable if the OP had done a little research before submitting account info out online. Payday loan apps are one of the worst..have to applied for any of these recently or submitted any account info online? If you did not give this account info out yourself, someone else used your card and you may need to go after that person for theft/fraud/unauthorized use.
One tip is to make copies of the other similar reports and bring this to your bank along with a printout of your statement. It may help convince the bank this is fraud if it is and reverse the charges.

Obviously an idiot

I can make several assuptions from this person's post.
The first is that this person is a genuine idiot. Look at the illiterate rambling.
..."come to fine out"...WHAT? Go back to the third grade you idiot! The word you were looking for TWICE is "find".
Why would this person "call the bank" for a balance? Isn't that what a CHECKBOOK REGISTER is for?
And, what is "Tilly's Internet"? Why not give us all of the information on this company? Your report is incomplete.
It just further proves that you are an idiot if you use your debit card for anything other than ATM use, or face to face transactions. Just common sense here.
Hint: Literacy = credibility.

"what can i do."
Your report lacks some detail, but if you are saying that this company took $300 out of your account when they weren't supposed to, you need to contact your bank and file an ACH dispute.
Another thing you can do is stop giving away free access to your bank account. When you buy something at a store, do you just hand over your wallet and trust that the cashier will take out the right amount? Of course not, but that exactly what is happening when you give some company the right to access your bank account. If a company's billing mistake happens to cause an overdraft, don't expect the bank to refund you. As far as they're concerned, you gave them access, so who pays the charges is between you and that company. Getting a company to pay up for their mistake often costs more time and effort than it's worth. There is really very little upside to giving strangers access to your bank account.
